Topic: Submission in Believing Households
Text: Eph. 5:21-33

In today's passage, Apostle Paul teaches that husbands and wives must submit to each other. He proceeds to admonish wives to submit to their own husbands as unto the Lord. He then continues to explain why wives need to submit to their husbands. The husband is the head of the wife. As a result, wives need to submit to husbands as unto Christ.
Submission is a thorny subject among couples today. However, among believers this ought not to be so.
Both husbands and wives need to submit to each other first. The husband must sacrificially love the wife, and if he does, submission will follow effortlessly.
